Healing the Pysche

At 60 I carried a lifetime of unhealed trauma, shame, fear, and self doubt which shaped so much of my life. I spent years trying to numb the pain. I was constantly “working on myself”, yoga, meditation, years of therapy but something always felt missing. Crystal’s soul retrieval changed that. What I’ll always remember is how safe Crystal made me feel. Before we began, she took the time to explain what would be happening throughout the ceremony. She supported me before, during and after.
